The India Visa Application centre is authorized by the Embassy of India in Belgium, to accept applications for Visa, collect application charges and returning passport/documents to applicants.

All applications will be assessed and decided by the Embassy of India, Brussels, Belgium.

India Visa Application center is managed by VF Services (UK) Limited through its partnership with Visavia AG Belgium. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the officers at the Embassy of India in Brussels. Staff members of India Visa Application centre have no role or influence over the outcome of an application.
