The India Visa Application centre is authorized by the Embassy of India in Belgium, to accept applications for Visa, collect application charges and returning passport/documents to applicants.

All applications will be assessed and decided by the Embassy of India, Brussels, Belgium.

India Visa Application center is managed by VF Services (UK) Limited,Belgium. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the officers at the Embassy of India in Brussels. Staff members of India Visa Application centre have no role or influence over the outcome of an application.

Please note that all applicants are solely responsible for the applications they submit. Any false documents or other misrepresentation of information in support of their application will have a direct bearing on the judgment of their application by the Embassy of India in Brussels, Belgium.

You can submit your application in our two locations in Belgium( Brussels , Antwerp) and Luxemburg.

Please Note

	Please ensure that you do not finalize your travel plans before receiving the service for which you have applied for.
	Please note that the validity of a visa starts from the date of demanded on the application form.
	Postal applications are NOT accepted at any one of centres. Please submit your application in person, travel agent or through representative only.
	The Embassy follows a mix of prescribed Indian and Belgium holidays. The VFS Centre’s do the same. To ensure that you do not visit the office on a closed holiday, check the Holiday Schedule of the VFS centre where you are applying before visiting it.
	Processing times vary depending on various considerations. Please check relevant processing times.
	Services are granted at the discretion of the Government of India. Fees are not refundable even if services applied for is refused after processing.

All visa applicants’ passports should be valid at least for 180 days. Applicants are solely responsible for the applications they submit. Any false documents or other is representation of information in support of their application will have a direct bearing on the judgment of their application by the Embassy of India in Brussels, Belgium.

This site contains important information on the visa application process and related details. Please go through the site carefully before making a visa application.

Step 1 :	Click, “All About Visas”. Confirm the visa type based on your reason for travel; do not make any confirmed bookings.
Step 2 :	After selecting the visa category in ”All About Visas”. Please Click on (Checklist and additional forms) to complete your online application form.
Step 3 :	If the application has been completed you must download and print all form/s, read and complete Checklist, Print Declaration form and sign it, Photocopy of Belgian/Luxemburg residence card to be attached with all applications, paste photos one on the front right corner of form and other on second page below the signature. Staple all documents together and bring in person to the India Visa application centre in Brussels, Antwerp or Luxemburg.
Step 4 :	Check fees payable, payment options and documents required. All such details can be found in the respective visa categories under the section. Please note, fee is calculated in this formula (Visa fee+ ICWF fee+ Service Charges= Total visa fee to be deposited by applicant).
Step 5 :	Sign form/s at all indicated places.
Step 6 :	Ensure photos are strictly as per specifications (50mmx50mm). Photo booth at Brussels and Antwerp has been installed to facilitate the applicants to take pictures at a normal price of 8 Euros.
Step 7 :	Check processing time to plan your travel accordingly.
Step 8 :	Attach all supporting documents required as per the Checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.
Step 9 :	Submit your Application along with the passport and required documents at any of our India Visa Application Centre in Brussels, Antwerp and Luxemburg IVAC address by person to the respective officer.
Step 10 :	“Track your application” online.
